I am very proud to be a very small part of the teaching team at the Canterbury School of Architecture (CSA), within the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), which has risen to number 5 in the Guardian League Tables for 2017.
Hatfield Road
Work has commenced at a rapid pace on the ground floor extension and loft conversion of this Victorian terraced property in Ramsgate.
With custom birch-faced plywood joinery and detailing, a limited budget is being optimised while ensuring a richness to the interior of the newly extended areas.
Completion is due by the end of July 2016.
A Seaside Retreat
Work on the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building within Margate's Conservation Area has commenced.
Having been previously extended in the 1980's, the renovation and adaptation of the building envelope will respect its Georgian origins. The refurbishment has been styled with a contemporary, relaxed and comfortable interior to provide a sociable 4-bedroomed holiday retreat for the client.
Completion is due by the end of the Summer 2016.
